The Electronic Resources Team is responsible for acquisition and management of the Libraries’ electronic resource collections (databases, e-journals, e-books, streaming media). Main responsibilities include:
- maintaining electronic resource holdings in the ProQuest Serials Solutions and library catalog knowledgebases;
- managing link resolver applications;
- cataloging of electronic resources in the library catalog;
- maintaining proxy server configuration file content;
- gathering and distributing statistical data related to electronic resources;
- assisting with the acquisition of various electronic resources;
- reviewing and maintaining license agreements;
- resolving e-resource problems in collaboration with the Library’s IT department.
