In the Search Requests area (top left), enter the patron’s username or name in the User Information search box.
Click on the box with the blue check (searches checked out items), then “Search.”
Check the dates on all loans he/she has checked out by scrolling to the right until you find the list of due dates.
If any are overdue, he/she can’t be unblocked until items are returned.
If there are no overdue items, while looking at one of the loan records, click on “View,” then “Cleared.” Then click “Save” before closing out of the record.
