Checking the Resource Sharing Email

The resource sharing email should be checked at least twice a day. If you are unsure how to handle an email, speak to the Resource Sharing Librarian.

  1. Navigate to the Outlook Web App and log in.
    Username:  cuill
    Password:  nal3ene$
  2. Emails for the lender should be forwarded to erikaa@nullclemson.edu.  If the lender is out of the office, these emails should be sent to whoever is covering her job duties.  These emails should then be moved to the “Requests from Other Libraries” folder.
  3. PASCAL Delivers questions should be forwarded to smiley@nullclemson.edu.  If the PASCAL Coordinator is out of the office, these emails should be sent to whoever is covering her job duties.  These emails should then be moved to the “PASCAL Questions” folder.
  4. Patron questions and questions from lending libraries should be answered immediately and then moved to the “Answered Questions” folder.
  5. Overdue emails from lending libraries should be compared to what ILLiad shows for the item.  The emails should then be moved to the “Overdues from Other Libraries” folder.
  6. Articles should be delivered to the patron via Odyssey.  The emails should then be moved to the “Articles” folder.
  7. All other emails should be acted upon as necessary and moved to their appropriate folder once dealt with.
