Troubleshooting Error Message “No Record found with…”

  1. When processing PASCAL Borrowing requests if you receive an Error pop up box, “No record found with bxxxxxxxxxxx”, Click “OK”

 

 

  1. Using the paper work in the book, look up the requesting patron’s record in Millennium. Click on the INN-REACH tab.

 

 

 

  1. Highlight the row with the book title and Right click in the Barcode field, Select “Insert Barcode” in the drop down menu

 

 

 

  1. Scan or type the books barcode in the “Insert Barcode” pop up box. Click “OK”  This will put the barcode in the record and change the status to PASCAL RECEIVE
