Troubleshooting Error Message “No Record found with…”
- When processing PASCAL Borrowing requests if you receive an Error pop up box, “No record found with bxxxxxxxxxxx”, Click “OK”
- Using the paper work in the book, look up the requesting patron’s record in Millennium. Click on the INN-REACH tab.
- Highlight the row with the book title and Right click in the Barcode field, Select “Insert Barcode” in the drop down menu
- Scan or type the books barcode in the “Insert Barcode” pop up box. Click “OK” This will put the barcode in the record and change the status to PASCAL RECEIVE
