Communications is responsible for overseeing library-wide communications and public relations.
- Serving as a liaison to University News Services
- Managing the Libraries’ social media profiles
- Providing content for the Libraries’ website and blog
- Working closely with Library IT staff to ensure consistency for the Libraries’ website
- Updating and maintaining the digital signage in the lobby of Cooper Library
- Promoting the activities of library staff including exhibits, events, programs, and publications
- Acting as a resource person for public relations issues
