The Library Leadership Team (LLT) takes a library-wide perspective on issues, decisions and actions. Members are the Dean, Unit Heads, Library Chair, Staff Senator, Budget Officer and HR Liaison. LLT meets Thursday afternoons in the Dean’s Conference Room (401A Cooper), with all members asked to contribute agenda items.
Meeting notes are shared on the StaffWeb soon after each meeting. Unit Heads are asked to share decisions and actions within their units; all members are asked to communicate with their colleagues.
Meetings are not open but you may ask your Unit Head, staff or faculty representative, or the Dean if you have any questions or wish issues to be brought to LLT. Individuals may be asked to attend a meeting, depending on the agenda item being considered.
