We recently finished installing and setting up our new Rackstation that we will now be using for the Cobian backups. Due to the fact that this is a new physical server, everyone’s Cobian backup will have to be updated to connect to the new server. We have updated the Help Document about fixing the Cobian backup location to reflect this change.
If you are planning on leaving early for the Holiday break (before Friday, December 19th), then please update your Cobian backup by the directions mentioned above and run a manual backup as soon as possible over the next few days. You can find the directions to run a manual backup in the OLT IT Support Help Documents.
If you have a questions or run into any problems, then please do not hesitate to submit a ticket to let us know.
The Programming and Web Development Team, in coordination with the Facilities Team, have created an updated version of the Request a Journal Article form for Delivery Services. Get the new link and details.
