All available updates were applied to auxiliary WordPress sites. It was a pretty intense day. Stock themes were all updated, and the WordPress core was updated, and also some plugins. The core is now apparently sensitive to PHP version and warns you if you have an older version. I’m not sure I like that, mainly because RHEL repos have old versions, but with newer security updates backported. Thus, they LOOK like older, potentially vulnerable versions, when in reality they are not. I ignore what WordPress tells me about a lot of things, though, so it can’t just shout into the vacuum all it likes — sort of like posting to Twitter.
